You would be surprised at how much emotion some of the state legislators felt about it. I remember one in particular who served in the navy during WWII. Actually, I think he was the one sponsoring the resolution.<BR/><BR/>ND may not ever be in danger of a tsunami, but I think it naming a ship after North Dakota does show support for our many military veterans.<BR/><BR/>Thanks to everyone who made this happen.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
